Virginia Bradley

Associate Artist Residency

Virginia Bradley is a painter living and working between the Berkshires in Western Massachusetts, and Puerto Rico. Her research into natural phenomena, geological and oceanographic formation serves as a starting point for her abstract works.

Virginia has received painting fellowships from the McKnight Foundation, Arts Midwest NEA, Minnesota State Arts Board, and The Lighton International Artists Exchange Programme. Her paintings have been exhibited at the Delaware Contemporary Museum, Blue Star Center for the Arts, Hoyt Institute of Art, Freedman Gallery (Albright College), Abington Art Center (Philadelphia), The Minneapolis Institutes of Arts, The Soap Factory and the Florence Biennale (Firenze, Italy).

Associate Artist Residency

Acme's Associate Artist Residency allows artists to apply directly to Acme for shorter-term (up to three months) residency opportunities. These residencies are selected directly by Acme and tailored to suit the development and networking needs of international artists, allowing them to engage in research, develop relationships and focus on their work in a supported environment.
