Christian Thompson is a multidisciplinary artist working with photography, video, sculpture, performance and sound.

Christian's Aboriginal identity plays an important role in his work, in which he explores sexuality, gender, race and memory. Through live performances and conceptual portraits, Christian inhabits a range of personas achieved through handcrafted costumes, carefully orchestrated poses and backdrops.
